Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for purchases made in-store or online where the reason for return is simply a change of mind or personal preference.
In many cases, we supply additional photographs, measurements, and product details on request before the order is placed. Once confirmed, these orders are considered final unless the item is faulty or materially not as described.
Online Orders – Your Right to Cancel
If you placed your order online or by email/phone (a ‘distance sale’), you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the item under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. This right does not apply in the following circumstances:
-
The item has been customised or made to order
-
The item has been engraved or altered at your request
-
The item is exempt for hygiene reasons (e.g. earrings)
-
You were given full details (photos, measurements etc.) before purchase and the item was bought based on this individual guidance
To request a return under the cancellation period, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery. You will then have a further 14 days to return the item at your own cost using a tracked and insured postal service.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
-
Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
-
Be returned in the original packaging with all tags, certificates and documentation
-
Be accompanied by proof of purchase
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or reduce the refund amount if the item shows signs of wear, use, or damage.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or significantly not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement, repair or full refund including return postage, where applicable.
Custom, Personalised & Hygiene-Sensitive Items
We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for the following:
-
Custom-made or commissioned pieces
-
Engraved or altered items
-
Earrings (due to hygiene regulations)
Unless the item is faulty, these products are excluded from cancellation under UK law.
Refunds
